Introduced in 2025 the MSc (Master of Science) in Business Law is designed for individuals who aspire to acquire dual expertise and take on significant roles in the corporate world. KEDGE Business School offers a programme that prepares future leaders to help companies navigate legal risks and align business strategies with ever-evolving regulations. By blending business, law, and ethics, this programme equips students with the skills to become trusted advisers and contribute meaningfully to the success of global enterprises.  Perfectly aligned with the needs of today’s fast-changing market and the growing demand for companies to comply with evolving regulations. Programme Overview

The MSc in business law, responsible business conduct (RBC) & compliance prepares students for a range of emerging roles in the dynamic fields of regulatory compliance and legal oversight. Graduates will be well-equipped to take on responsibilities in positions such as regulatory compliance expert, in-house legal officer, and legal compliance specialist. These roles are critical for multinational companies, financial institutions, accounting firms, and international organisations navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

What are the admission requirements for the MSc Business Law programme?

Applicants must hold an M1 or M2 degree issued by a French or international institution (Business School, Law School, Engineering School, IEP, or an equivalent qualification).

The selection process for the MSc Business Law, Conduct & Compliance is conducted in two stages:

  • Evaluation of the application file
  • An English interview, lasting 20 to 30 minutes, with a panel composed of the program director and another academic member or a professional representative (from a company, law firm, etc.).

The application file must include the following documents:

  • The most recent degrees obtained
  • Post-Baccalaureate transcripts (Bachelor’s, Licence, M1, or M2, if applicable)
  • CV
  • English proficiency test results: TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS, unless the applicant is a native English speaker or has completed their previous studies in English.
  • A recommendation letter from a professor, company, consultancy, law firm, or institution (optional but advantageous).
